If you’re hoping to lose fat, there’s a pretty good chance
you’ve tried a lot of methods. Unfortunately, the vast majority of
people who are unhappy with their bodies don’t succeed in their fat
loss goals. That’s because they’re often using gimmicky weight loss
plans that can actually damage their bodies! If you’re in this
boat, and you don’t know how to get rid of the fat while staying
healthy, here are a few tips that might get you on the right
track.
1. Choose a variety of foods from all food groups every day.
This is a fine way of keeping deficiency diseases at bay. Change
the items included in your diet every day. It helps you to
experiment with a variety of dishes and there by you do not get
bored of your diet.
3. Proteins should be 25 - 30% of your diet. A lot of stress is
put on meat as the primary part of your meal. Protein needs more
calories to digest which is called the thermogenic effect.
We gave each group some different type of supplement.The first
group received just the calcium/potassium salt of 60% HCA extract
from Garcinia cambogia. The second group received Garcinia camogia

All individuals were placed on a 2000 kcal/day diet; ingested
the recommended test supplements 3 times a day, 30 to 60 minutes
before meals; and completed their supervised walking 5 times per
week.
The results after 8 weeks proved that the ingredient in the
supplements worked as the first group lost and average of 12
pounds, the second group an average of 14 pounds and the lat groups
lost an average of 3 pounds per member.
The overwhelming conclusion from both studies is that
supplementation with the combination of hydroxycitric acid,
niacin-bound chromium, and Gymnema Sylvestre Extract can help
people with weight management.
